TJ's The Kiddies Store

Had such a wonderful experience here and will definitely be back for my next purchases! We were helped by Nathan who we got our stroller from in our first visit. He was extremely knowledgeable and honest. We have shopped around at buy buy baby, babies r us and a couple other smaller baby stores multiple times. I haven’t received service close to what we received at the other stores we went to. The knowledge the employees had (especially Nathan who helped us) was outstanding. I’m a first time mom and there’s a lot I do not know and they are willing to spend the time to help you. The stroller I was shown was an amazing price and was exactly what I was looking for. Didn’t feel any sales pressure and felt I was being listened to. 100% recommend!

TJ's Kids Surrey is closing soon and they are doing clearance sales. Definitely check this out. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. You'll be amazed the fact that they actually know how to operate all different kinds of strollers!!

Great store, great staff! I hadn't been to TJ's since they moved from Guildford. Back then, I needed new wheels for my daughter's stroller. TJ's was the only store that had the wheels. Recently, I went looking for another unusual item, toddler ear protectors in the form of muffs. Great find at TJ's!

I asked for “baby safety first Packege” and the lady said, they don’t have. Another guy said, is coming soon. I was walking around and it was right there. Lol As a new customer... I was hoping better customer service. They will close soon but prices in my opinion are expensive. I hope they can get better deals soon.

Very good selection and helpful staff. We bought our stroller a year ago and recently a new car seat here. They always have good pricing, variety of brands and being able to see everything in one place is a great time saver. Tina is very knowledgable and friendly. She has been really helpful with both explaining us the different car seat options and installing it in the car. Thank you!
