Absolutely unprofessional and very hostile service. My family and I scheduled time off to visit this establishment on the weekend looking for a sectional sofa after my uncle had told us to since he had some store credit we could potentially use. We went happily at first after doing some research online. After browsing their selection and deciding on a sectional we brought up the store credit and that's when they showed their true colours. One of their "managers" came up to my mom and basically accused her of a crime for not notifying them of this store credit sooner because this effects their commissions. He said it wasn't right for us to be doing this as if we had stolen something. He said we should have come on a Monday as if we are supposed to know they can only process this on weekdays when we were there during their store hours. It's obvious they only care about money and their commissions and not the customer. If that "manager" had just politely told us the issue instead of treating us so poorly right from the start we may have still purchased from them but the level of customer service was the worst I have ever experienced in my life and still infuriates me thinking about that mans behavior. We ended up going to another furniture shop nearby to find the exact same sectional sofa for 40% cheaper so their prices are also marked up. All and all I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

Both my wife and I absolutely love this place. Great staff!! All the recent furniture purchases have been made here. One time we had them build a custom piece of furniture and it turned out wonderfully. Definitely a place we will come back to again and again.

I bought the 4 piece sectional with ottoman. It is by far the most comfortable couch I have ever owned and well worth the price. The sales associates and staff are great. The salesman offered a discount on the already on sale sectional and ottoman which was completely unexpected.
