We're planning a renovating project that includes the addition of a new bathroom so we went in to Bartle & Gibson for some advice. We got all the info we needed from the friendly knowledgable staff and didn't find the prices bad either. Thank you Mitchell.

i would give 0 star if possible to their technician support. my plumber bought an noritz boiler from there, and it stops working and show low water pressure error once every few days and have to restart. I called the sales Sunny, and request for a technician to come and fix it. he said he has my number and promised the technician would call within 2 days. but thats a lie, technician never call me. I and plumber called him every day, keep chasing them to send a technician, have been 2 weeks, still no calls from technician. they keep ignore my service request. never seen a company that has support/service like this. no service/support system, cant make service appointment, need to wait for them to call forever, ignore customer service request.

Great customer attitude. Did not have my product line part but recommended a pkace that might. They did. Give this place your consideration.
