Overpriced and really cheaply made furniture. The furniture we bought is rarely used and when a few people sat on the couch it has broken twice (the wood at the bottom of the couch is not durable at all). Our coffee table would scratch with any item put on it. Our $50 Ikea table is much better quality. They have nice designs and good customer service but would never shop there again due to the extremely poor quality.
Customers services very good but looked short of staff. Personally had great service but my relatives got forgotten to be delivered their bedroom suite which was pre paid in full along with my order placed. I received where as she did not & nobody even called to let us know. We kept waiting for delivery to arrive but no chance.
Employees here really need proper training because they are not helpful at all. 0/5 for customer service.
