The owner Lorraine is completely incompetent and not of sound mind. She should not be in this business.
In the end we had to bring our books to another accountant and it was decided to rebuild the company books completely from scratch. A&D created an absolute nightmare for us and our company.
I've noticed that most of her customer base is senior citizens. I really worry about the damage being done here.
