H&R Block

If only I can give 0 stars. They make you believe that it's simple and easy to get cash back. Then they tell you one thing, only to say something else contradictory: get your damn facts straight!

The girl at the desk is welcoming and friendly. My tax advisor Sarah treated me with kindness and made me feel comfortable about my return issues. I’ve gone other places in recent years but I’ll be back to H&R Block every year now!

If i could give 0 stars I would, worst place I’ve ever delt with.

I had phoned earlier in the day was told to come in they were open till 6 there was absolutly no mention of being to busy to not get in. Arrived as soon as I was done work at 4:00 and was told that I would not get in I asked to speak to the manager and she told me to have a seat and wait. After an hour and a half of waiting I asked the lady at the front desk if there was any chance I was being seen today, I was told I had waited that long to keep waiting and that the lady would be done at 10 to 6 she would see me nope finally left with nothing at all done but 2 hours of waiting. I understand that it gets busy but please do not give out false hope of a person being see!

Wonderful service and employees. I cannot say how above and beyond they went for me especially Linda. I would highly recommend them.
