Hands down the best burger I've ever eaten! (Sorry 5 Guys Restaurant you slipped to my number 2 fav burger joint) Prices will blow you away! Clean restaurant. Excellent service. I wanted a good burger and was served the best burger I've ever eaten! It had a grilled burger patty made with real hamburger (no premade patty) with all the topping! Try the "Lodge Burger" it was out of this world delicious and gigantic! More then satisfied customer from Prince George

"Lodge burger is ridiculous! Basically a bacon & cheddar + mozza & mushroom burger put together. Cheap to upgrade fries to this giant poutine! Like at home cooking.

If you need a place to sleep and you don't care where it is then this place will do. It's not a very nice place. They don't even have bathtubs and they look like they popped in from the 1970's to say 'hello, so this is the 21st century? Everyone else is so clean!' It always smells like smoke (which is good if you are looking for a smoking hotel and are a smoker, but I am not), and in the one stairwell there are mountains of cans and mattresses and other things that are waiting to be recycled. They smell awful and they must be attracting nasties to them. I gave it 3 stars because it's cheap and you get what you pay for. They don't advertise that they're a luxury hotel and they keep the rooms fairly clean considering. If you're passing through town and just want a place to rest for the night that's warm and has a plug in for your vehicle this place is good enough. They often have vacancies when no other hotel does and of the hotels of their price range I think this one is one of the best in town.

Always was happy with the lodge but today suckef on ALL counts...raw hamburger & didnt have anything i wanted ...including SALAD
