Love this coffee shop but the last visit was pretty classless... because of covid protocols they don't want you touching the tablet they use for payment. That's totally fine and I understand but its not really fun to have staff turn the tablet around to say "you can't press it but which tip should I enter?" Gross. To take advantage of people like that is so petty imo. I dont care about making this awkward... I said 0. If you are feeling the financial pressure from covid and the protocols, simply add a percentage to your menu. People would be happy to pay $5 instead of $4.50 for a coffee. I won't be going back... sad

Coffee is amazing

I recommend this place for those that are looking for a light snack and awesome drinks. The ambiance is quite unique and they offer a safe environment with one way flow during the pandemic. There is normally a short wait and their hours are limited. Limited also were the food options. They offer your light carbs like breads and the drinks are decent. If you are hungry, I would recommend look into nearby restaurants, as they might not be nourishing enough.

My favourite coffee house on the island. A bliss 10 minute stroll across MacKenzie beach to this awesome coffee joint. Delicious vegan noms with great tasting coffee at a very reasonable value for money in good serving sizes. One of my favourite points is that all takeout mug components are compostable which is absolutely awesome. A must morning ritual to grab a nice warming drink to watch the sunrise.

I really enjoyed their coffee here and they had all the milk alternatives. Baked goods were amazing and highly recommended.
