Takes forever and could not get an order right to save their life... Every single time...

Literally the slowest Tim’s I have ever been to. Today topped it tho. I ordered oatmeal and it took them about 15 minutes to come back and tell me that they didn’t even have oatmeal so I ask for a wrap instead then wait another 5minutes for a manager to come tell me he can give me a refund instead. Literally waited about 20 minutes in total just to get a bite to eat. Not impressed but hey where else you gonna get coffee lol. Hopefully it improves. The drive thu guy was super friendly so that made it a bit better.

No one can speak English...messed up two orders....after a long cold day outside,I dont reccomend this place

Good for a Tim's. Lots of staff, nothing that's tastes old or stale. Busy.

I found hair in my wrap. Im not even going to go back for a refund because I've had to do that way too many times. Im just not going back. This is ridiculous.
