FBC Kelowna, Farm & Small Business Tax Specialists

Taxes were incorrectly filed. They “fixed” it but never submitted the paper work. When I called back last week(2 months after them fixing it) the paper work still had not been filed to CRA. I’ve used FBC for 3 years and every year my tax return was with held for some reason but this has by far been the worst. Not worth the $1299 member fee

Completely unresponsive and consistently gave inaccurate timelines for completion. Total lack of communication as well.

We signed up at the beginning of this year and are very confident in FBC's tax services. Their staff works as a team and are great communicators. The quality of their work way outweighs the cost. (Shhh don't tell them I said that). I hate dealing with taxes but the FBC staff take the stress off.

All my questions get answered right away, Ron Neumann is always on the ball and one step ahead. Leanne is always a pleasure to talk to. Dave comes to our house to gather input our information and is always on time or calls to inform us if he is early or running behind. Not only are they knowledgeable but always passes their knowledge on to me and I love this. Thank you, everyone. Debbie

Very knowledgeable with the tax system. They also made sure that we didn't miss any possible deductions such as medical expenses and charitable contributions. I like the fact that they come to your home, it makes it easy to have everything they need to have a complete return filed.
