Friendly and covid conscious. Prices up a reasonable amount due to covid restrictions.

Downgrading my review. Have been a regular here for years, but I work out of town. Was sent an email offering a discount for my birthday, but because I came in 2 days after the day when I got back in town I was told it only applies to the exact day. The downgrade is because of company policy & nothing to do with food or service. If this is customer appreciation then I will take my patronage elsewhere. It is unfortunate because the staff are great & the food is fantastic.

The waitress we had was friendly, intelligent, and a hard worker. Every time I come to Kelly Os I have great service and everything I have tried on the menu has been delicious. Sadly I just never have enough room for dessert but maybe that's a good thing! Lol

The staff is always very kind. Environment is great! Food is fresh, hot and tastes awesome, Burgers on big (my chicken burger was a bit tough but still tasted great!). BP had an hour line up and I managed to get in here with minimal wait while the place was PACKED.

Food was good and standard for this chain. However, our server was not very attentive and wait times between drinks, food and payment were long. As my first sit down meal since the pandemic began, I would have felt much much more comfortable if the staff wore masks, or if our server had at least tried to maintain some distance instead of reaching across the table for cups, etc. (I would have happily passed it down!!) Just not sure why they wouldn't wear masks... although they state the precautions they are taking during the pandemic, so that was respectable. I didn't feel comfortable dining there because of this and won't be back anytime soon.
