Food was good and the staff was very friendly. Great view. But don't come here if you don't have time to spend. From order to food-to-table was a good 45 minutes. The menu was a little on the pricey side and we only ordered appetizers. If we'd added on mains we would have been there all afternoon.

Our company party was yet again this year held at the Cove. Unsurprising is that in all the years we have had our parties there, that the food is often cold; the food is never replenished in a timely manner; by the time the last table got up to eat, nearly all of the food was gone. I did mention it to one of the staff, and although some of it was replenished, it was a sparse and overcooked variety which tasted like leftovers. The desert was very cold and hard bread pudding with no sauce, and one inch square pieces of something that resembled Costco cheesecake. The squares were approximately a 1/4" in height and there were 80 people at this event. To add insult to injury, the small bar set up in our venue charged $7.00 per highball. Bearing in mind that this is a Christmas Party many people commented on the price. Will never go to this restaurant again. It happens too frequently for words. Don't waste your $$$ on this poorly run venue.

We went to brunch. Service was excellent! The buffet was so, so. Highly dissatisfied. Bacon was way underdone, raw. There were no cereals. Very basic buffet. What really did it for me was that the coffee and juices were not included!

We attended Christmas dinner and it was by far the worst dining experience we've ever had. The ad had indicated bubbly upon arrival but when we inquired we were told that we must've been looking at the New Years Eve ad. Nope. Checked the link and it was in fact the Christmas dinner ad. Okay, no bubbly, no big deal. The menu we were sent had two entrees, one was turkey with potatoes, gravy, stuffing and vegetables which included Brussels sprouts and glazed carrots. The other entree was a vegetable Wellington. However, I will spare the details as it was not actually available. Entree's came but were cold and there were no Brussels. Further, the carrots were not glazed. They were undercooked, cold and soaked in butter. My dinner partner sent hers back, and when it returned it was marginally warmer but certainly not hot. Dessert was on the menu as pumpkin cheesecake and gelato. However, what arrived was three one inch squares, one of which was pumpkin cheesecake. The other two were carrot cake that was so old and stale it was inedible. There was also a small puddle of melted ice cream. I asked our waitress about it and when she brought it to the attention of the guy apparently in charge he brushed it off as another error on our part. Also included in their ad was Christmas cookies to take home. Nope, no cookies. When the bill came and I asked for a machine so as to use my card I was told I would have to pay at the front desk of the hotel as they weren't equipped to handle this in the restaurant. So, to summarize, dinner not as advertised, dinner was served cold with undercooked vegetables, dessert wasn't as indicated on the menu, not even close. The worst part is that the restaurant staff treated us as if we were stupid, not once but twice brushing our concerns off as a mistake on our part. We will never go back and the one star I gave this restaurant was one I had to give in order to post a review. We honestly felt bad for our waitress, who was left on her own devices as management brushed aside our concerns. Worst $150 ever spent in a restaurant.

Used to come here all the time to the bar and get truffle fires and a beer. Loved the quality menu and seasonal tap changes so we suggested our out of town friends meet us there for dinner. Apparently they had a whole management and chef change over? Worst thing they could have done. Not one of us liked our meal and the fries were changed to shoestring served with ketchup!? Super disappointed since the price of everything has stayed the same.
