Anything but Premium. Dealing with Bill Baril the owner had to be the worst experience ever. He is the most arrogant business person I've ever dealt with. He will never return your calls and refuses to fix his shoddy work. We contracted to have Premium install new quartz counter tops and install a new granite sink. The raised counter had to be cut down to match the lower counter height so this meant cutting the cabinets on the raised counter down to size. This meant having to cut the doors down to match and have new glass installed. I was told that they do everything in house and it would be a couple of days. After the quartz was installed they asked for full payment of the balance owning. Normally I would hold back funds but I paid the full amount since the guy said it should only be a few days and they would have the doors back. Well 10 weeks later and after promises of "We'll install tomorrow" "Your on the schedule" , I kept getting the run around. Don't think you'll ever get a return phone call from them either, it's out of the question. Finally got the doors back which were poorly done, with glue all over the glass inserts. Not to mention when the cabinets were taken out the kick plate on the bottom was not joined properly was re-installed and there were gaps in the 45 degree cuts that are open at least a 1/16 of an inch. If your thinking of getting granite or quartz please save yourself the the stress and go somewhere else. Premium Granite Works is anything but PREMIUM....They SUCK.

We had granite counter tops put in almost 2 years ago. The granite is faulty with many chips in it. When they cut out the area for the sink they chipped the area around the sink. I have been trying to get Bill to do something about this but he doesn’t return messages and if he does there is always an excuse. It is most frustrating. He tells me he doesn’t have insurance for something like this??? I would never recommend him to anyone. Cheaper isn’t necessarily better! Think twice before you buy from PGW!!

I will not recommend this company for anyone since they destroyed my fireplace and did not replace the stone and put me in lot of headaches. I would not do any business with this company. As you can see on the picture they ruined my fireplace.

Couldn't be happier. I had my job price estimated by Costco, Home Depot and one other local granite supplier and Bill was less than 1/2 the price. The time frame was within 2 weeks from measure to install. I am notoriously indecisive and the staff was very patient and helpful. Bill even recommended Solid Footing Floors for my backsplash and saved me even more money. 10 star rating if I could. (Pictured below is Good Stone 9505)
