As a business owner myself I feel I must share as I would want to be aware of a bad customer experience. I called these people, three days later got a call back with apology. No biggie. Scheduled an appointment, no one showed, called back was told I was forgotten about, but someone call me back Monday of long weekend. Got the call and was told someone in my area all day Tuesday and would call me when they could come over. No call, never heard from anyone again! Guess I will move on to another company. If I am ever too busy to take on work I just say so. Sad because these people were recommended from a mutual friend.
