Needed a toonie to fill a water jug for my family, asked if they could trade 8 quarters for a toonie. They replied "you can go wait in line at the bank like everyone else"

I I apologize if there are any spelling or grammar mistakes I am typing on a phone. I would give 1 star if it were not for the lady which first helped me, she didn't know how to correct the mistake but she was very polite. I was charged $4.25 more than I was supposed to, she didn't know how to help me but told me the owner would be in by noon. I came in at 2:30 and was told by a new person Dennie, that the owner still wasn't in but he would help me. I had the impression this was the owners son. He took a quick look at the receipt and told me it wasn't the stores fault or problem. Another customer lined up behind me, at this point Dennie told me to call airmiles to get my $4.25 back as I had used my airmiles card, he then ignored me and started helping the other customer. I told him this was unprofessional and that the mistake was with the store and had nothing to do with airmiles. Dennie rolled his eyes, scuffed at me and proceeded to help the other customer. The next day I came back in and met with the manager freddie. He hardly would let me get a word in edgewise by repeatedly telling me it wasn't their problem and to call airmiles and get my money back through them as I had used my airmiles card during the transaction. I told him my biggest problem now was how Dennie had treated me as a customer. Freddie told me to tell airmiles and shell corporate not him, he didn't want to hear anything about it and didn't care. I doubt the owner cares, but obviously I'm not going back to this location.

Absolutely excellent service. Very kind & always greets customers. If you need help they're glad to do so.

The hair dresser (looking sharp) located in the same parking lot was amazing!!! And the gas station had everything I needed including live fishing bait!
