They were awesome! Very polite and respectful and they explained things to me in a way I could understand, as I’ve got practically no plumbing knowledge. I never felt like they were pressuring me to get more done than was necessary, but I really appreciated all of their recommendations and the thorough inspection of our entire plumbing system. I was so impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. They were super personable also, and happy to be around my animal companions, I found them easy to talk to and the entire experience was a positive! I learned a lot. I would 10/10 recommend, and I’ll 100% be calling Fox and Sons for ANY and all of my plumbing needs!

Peter was easy to talk to and knowledgeable. He explained things and responded to my concerns. He was great at explaining things and showing me what he was doing. He was upfront about charges and options. He clearly enjoys his work and has a friendly demeanor. It was altogether a positive experience as well as an education for me about when and why to do upkeep on my heating system. I would recommend Fox and Sons to anyone needing assistance with plumbing and heating.

They were able to get to my house within 2 hours of me calling. They tell you on the phone there is a $79 service fee (deducted from repair cost if you go ahead with it), but don't tell you on the phone it is FLAT FEE pricing. They quoted $470 plus tax to swap out a kitchen faucet. This is a 1 hour job for a professional plumber. I would not recommend using this company. Upon looking more closely, I also find it a bit weird all of their reviews on Google are from users with 1 or 2 reviews, none of which mention flat rate pricing.

Nieves was amazing. She was so efficient and knowledgeable. Nieves cleaned my furnace fan and inspected my furnace to keep me safe and warm this winter. I had asked her for a service call for my freestanding gas fireplace and even though she had already left my house when she saw my brand of fireplace had a recall from 2012 she promptly returned. Nieves contacted another person from Fox and Sons for advice and made sure I understood the risks of the unit. Thank you for customer service Above and Beyond. Nieves has me trusting Fox and Sons for all my plumbing and heating needs
