I had a very good professional experience at the Vernon Ashely Furniture store. I have been in the retail sales industry and I was impressed with Dennis when he assisted us n looking for living room furniture. Dennis made the experience of buying furniture and spending a large amount of money a comfortable experience. He was not pressuring my wife or myself as we have had many other salesmen do. It is my understanding that Ashley Furniture salespeople all maintain that approach. That means a lot when your making a large financial purchase or even a small one. I might also add that the Ashley Furniture Store in Vernon has a very nice selection both up and down stairs. Just wanted to share our experience. 👍

It was our first visit to Ashley, we were looking for a mattress. Very good experience in store with Jodi, she was dedicated to providing the best advice and guidance to help us. She made us confortable asking us to take our time to try the mattresses and was very knowledgeable about the different technologies and particularities of each mattress. Her advises made our choice way easier. She never put any pressure on us to close the sale even if the store was about to close. I have just received the mattress, the delivery was very professional, they confirm the delivery time the day before and you receive a call 15 minutes before the truck arrival. The delivery went well. The guys were very professional and careful. They were very kind, which is unusual. Overall a very good experience, I will definitely deal with them in the future.

Great customer service. Dennis was great in helping me look for what I need. There was no pressure to buy. He would let me look around by myself but he was always ready to be there when you have questions. Although some stuff are not readily available as impacted by the pandemic, they do arrive earlier than expected and Ashley would let you know immediately. The delivery people were also efficient. Overall, the experience with this store was very good!
