This is the absolute worse restoration company I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with a few. Have had estimates from other companies and they could not believe the job. I have fired this company. If you are smart please do not use this company. You will be as sorry as we were.

Didn't listen to our concerns as home owners because they were "hired by our insurance company not us." They left our house saying they were done all the removals and moisture readings were all good. We then ripped open a wall which was of concern to us (which they saw mould growing on the outside of and literally just wiped it off and said it was fine) and we found mould, dry rot and moisture levels off the charts.
