Shawn is a very inspiring instructor who's passion for yoga shows deeply within each of his classes. His cues are clear and easy to follow allowing me to find strength both mentally and physically within each pose. His classes are well balanced and he is always very helpful offering modifications with or without the use of props. I leave everyone of Shawns classes feeling grounded and restored.
