Red Top Footwear

First time shopper and I really enjoyed it. I think I spoke with every person working there. They were all very helpful and engaging, while working the room, helping everyone. I'm new to Vernon, but it seems like this place has a loyal following. There was a line up to get in the last 2 weekends (due to covid) and they had very good protocols in place to keep distance. Masks were mandatory, but they had them available for customers without. I'll be back for sure. They had excellent quality boots. I bought 2 pairs!

I can't say enough about this place! Its wonderful! We always buy our shoes here and have never had a need to return any. High quality and superb customer service. My most recent experience I went in with my (very busy) 16 month old. Any young parent understands what kind of a miracle it takes to be able to try something on and successfully bring it home while having a small child in tow. I was looking for snow boots and didnt really expect to succeed while having my little with me. I was greeted by the staff warmly and then one of them asked me if I was looking for anything specific. I had said 'snow boots' and that I was hoping to do it efficiently even with my little guy running around the store. Well, didnt she just walk me right through the 3 aisles with the boots, I pointed at the boots I liked, she pulled sizes for me, got me situated in a chair and then (!) She entertained my son while I tried on the boots. She handed him socks and gloves to play with and then she explored around the store with him! God she was good and someone should seriously make her a grandma one day because she got major grandma skills! Its really the small things like this that can make a transaction over some winter boots really a big deal for a busy mama and reminds me that there are still wonderful family run places that focus on you the client in whatever needs you have. This place is a 10/10 for sure going back many more times.

Red Top definitely has a great selection of boots and provides excellent service. I gave them a four star rating because the North Face boots that I bought there two years ago were of very poor quality (the plastic cracked and fell apart) considering the price I paid for them. Not Red Top's fault, but they definitely shouldn't be carrying this poor product. In spite of this, Red Top is still the best place in Vernon to get winter and work boots.

LOVE this place. Just wish I could afford to buy all our shoes there! Excellent quality selection and you get what you pay for. Very knowledgeable staff too :)

Red Top seems to be changing their brand. This used to be the ONLY place I would buy footwear, it was all unique and stylish. Now they seem to be trying to appeal to an older audience. Nothing wrong with that; it's just not what I am looking for.
