Called to ask one question about how to file online because my address isnt the same as the one I filed with last time and they hung up on me after I spoke 3 words, How rude. I've filed with the courtenay location since I've lived here and I'm honestly so unimpressed.

Called to discuss what I need to do. The lady didnt give me time to ask my question before telling me what she needed to do hung up before i could get my question answered. Used her block years ago left for same reason definately will go with someone else

I dont know how they do the line up but 6 people behind us were assisted first, yet we came first? What??? How?

Extremely rude and unhelpful, complete waste of $90. I contacted H&R to share my experience and have no had any real follow up. Would not reccomemd H&R block to anyone.
