Extremely unprofessional. She cancelled two times in a row on me for my first appointment then begged me to still work with her promising she wasn’t usually like this etc etc. I gave her another chance even tho my gut was telling me not to at this point but I wanted to be understanding we all have rough times and stuff come up. She then quoted me the wrong amount on my return (like 10x the wrong amount) because she said she was rushing to do it. She also didn’t clearly explain her fees or answer me how much it would be costing me even tho I asked until the very end. I did all the work I could preparing it as she said some ppl like do that so she can charge less. Didn’t get back to me when she said she would a few times in a row then when it was all done I had to ask her 3 times how I could get my T4 and other paperwork back from her with no answer. When I tried to politely express my disappointment about her communication throughout the whole process and ask for her to mail me my paperwork she referenced her medical issues again and told me I’d gotten way more work from her than I paid for and to never come back again... don’t worry I sure won’t be!
