One of the few companies that upon my fathers death had only one concern which was caring for their customer. Joey and his employees were professional, efficient, caring and responsive. This was the first time dealing with the funeral process for me and this company made it much easier to complete it.

The staff member I worked with (Jennifer) was very kind and supportive. She walked me through everything. The only thing stopping this place from getting the fifth star, is the fact that they don't have an inexpensive option for a cremation casket. I had to buy a wooden casket, just to burn.

At such a difficult time, we were very pleased with the service that Joey at Piercy's Mt Washington Funeral Home provided for my dad and I and our family. Joey was very well organised, compassionate, and quick to respond when we needed information about my mom's cremation. It was such a relief to have everything so well laid out and clear. Thank you for your support and assistance with this emotional but necessary process, Joey.
