From the first phone call you can understand why this company is reviewed so highly. They exceeded my expectations for professionalism and organization. The cleaning tech was likable, efficient, and obviously well educated in his profession. He ran over all the information, and gave me suggestions to help make sure my home would stay protected and warm. It was a great experience, and to top it off I was so grateful for the follow up call, making sure their services were up to my standards. This is customer service at the highest caliber. I wont take my business anywhere else.
Fresh Look was referred to my by a friend who uses them for her home carpet cleaning. We had Fresh Look clean and sanitize the ducting in our trailer. It was efficient, effectively dealt with the odour coming from hearing vent. The service man also explained how the furnace and filter are still great, made us aware our filter was in upsidedown! He was kind and considerate. Thank you.
If have used this serviceable exclusively, as Sears and now Fresh Look, for the past 15 years. They have always been prompt and on time and have never disappointed me on their quality of service. I will stay with them as long as i have carpets to clean.

Very pleased. Although they were busy they fit me in to clean a vent. The technician was so friendly and helpful and very reasonable pricing. Nice to know a company that understands customer satisfaction s well.
