Having been to the Winnipeg Zoo several times this was a brand-new display for me as I haven't been to the zoo in many years. We enjoyed the seals and the polar bears and the information we gained from the various plaques and displays. The shark movie although informative was trying on our patients as the pace was slow and information was sparse. The native drumming and chanting nearly put us to sleep. Would have been nice to have somewhere to sit down as well.
Loved every minute of our time here, it was a great opportunity to enjoy a nice walk, while taking in the animal enclosures.
The Polar Bears had to be the favourite exhibit.
With the vast majority being outside, it was a great opportunity to stretch our legs after several long driving days.
The exhibit was great! Love visiting!!
Disappointed in zoo. The gift shop was dollar store qualitity merchandise. More butterflies outside the the tent than in.
Lovely exhibits, despite the crazy weather! Polar bears were amazing when they finally come out and play! During summer months visitors should keep in mind that the polar bears can be quite lazy.
