A must visit place for everyone, especially young kids to know about the history and evolution of electrical accessories. It is a small museum, but with precious things to watch. I really appreciate the way that they have organized the things. You will be able to see olden day radios washing machine, oven, bulbs and Iron boxes. Quite interesting. For young kids they have few hands on presentation which they can explore by themselves. Please take your kids and visit. It's just 3$ per person in this fall during specific time. You can spend as much as an hour. People in the reception are very kind and they offer a mini tour for people visiting first time. I love the Ancient tram used in Winnipeg a rare thing to see. Come and Enjoy.

An amazing and educational experience for all ages. We went there with my father who is part of creating this thing, and my son who is 5. Both I and my son were attending for the very first time and it did not disappoint. He found the displays interactive and intriguing. He walked around a few corners and his first response was wow! The video playing downstairs held his attention from beginning to end, he seemed to get a lot of great information out of it as well. When we return to the main floor he asked to go around again. We will likely return what's he is a little bit older so he can enjoy these displays on a whole other level.

I pass the sign for this almost every day. I needed something to get out if the house today so we checked it out. Fun little museum, lots of cool old things and tells a very interesting story. 2 rooms of interactive displays plus a room showing old electrical safety PSA commercials (I'm assuming its used for presenting to school groups). A fun trolley with a bell for the kids.

Fantastic historical facility, excellent tour personnel (retired Mb. Hydro workers) beautiful layout, again a hidden gem within our city. Great parking, $3.00 entry fee, displays of early equipment, appliances, photos, it's something to be seen.
