I called today because my daughter lost her car keys with her key starter on it I spoke to Michael and Michael found that he had one left and told me to come down to visions on Regent when I got there Michael is busy and Austin asked if he could help me I told him what my problem was and that I was supposed to come down her see Michael, Austin said it looks like Michael will be busy for a while maybe I can help you Michael and Austin made this so easy for me and Austin had me come down with the car and he programmed the starter to my daughters car Every time I’ve gone to visions have received great service but I have to say today was so amazing and so easy and you are very lucky to have Michael and Austin as your sales reps. My message to Austin is that most sales people would tell me to wait for the person that was dealing with me but you took right over it as if you had been talking to me right from the beginning and it made my Visions experience amazing visions definitely need you to train their personnel and teach them what customer service really is thank you very much I hope to deal with you again in the future

We experienced the best customer service ever at this location! The salesman Jesse was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! He took the time to answer our many questions, gave us the space to decide what to buy, and made us feel like old friends in just a few minutes! Absolutely perfect at his job, and we hope his management team notices the fantastic employee they have!!! Jesse is an amazing salesman, and we will definitely be repeat customers!! 🥳🥳🥳

I have many positive experiences with Aaron at this location. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He was happy to answer my many questions and did not just sell me on something and leave me. He made sure my entire experience was positive till I left the store. On my last visit, I mentioned to Aaron that I may be interested in a new cell phone. He immediately had Victoria assist me as he stated that she was the most knowledgeable person to speak on the subject. Victoria was fabulous. She knew all the BELL plans and iPhone and Samsung sale prices off the top of her head. She not only sold me on a new phone with a great deal, but we got a second new cell for our Son. I would highly recommend anyone to go see Victoria for a phone on any service provider.

I've dealt with Visions on Regent on numerous occasions and the results have always been the same, I've come away satisfied knowing I got the best deal for me. They just upped their game the other night though! I have been looking for a remote starter to replace my old one and the crew their went out of their way to get me a great deal and to my very pleasant surprise they also squeezed me in (the last install of the day) , Darcy did a fantastic job with the install! I have and will continue to suggest The crew at Visions.
