I have used L’Oasis twice now to send my wife roses while I’ve been out of town. Both times she has mentioned how beautiful and long lasting they are. The time and effort that they’ve put into them is clearly seen. They delivered them on time and I will be using them again.

Very nice flowers, timely delivering...but lack of attention to detail and communication. I ordered a half dozen flowers ($68.00) on Friday and told the lady what I wanted the card to say. On Monday my plan had changed a bit and it was VERY important for the card to be changed. I called the lady and told her I needed to change what the card said and that it was VERY important. Long story short, the card was never changed and my plan went in the crapper. This was a very simple request...especially for the price paid here. I ordered a dozen (very nice flowers and a dozen instead of a half) at the superstore same day for $25.00, delivered for $8.00. No hassles. You be the judge.
