Went in looking for a specific type of chair, was directed to the area and started to look but very quickly a very knowledgeable smiling Wayne came along and helped me by being able to answer my questions. His suggestions worked for me and he even offered to have a price check for me on another item. I feel that is excellent customer service. I will be going in the make my purchase very shortly because of his customer care. Thank you for talking to me and not at me. Leon's here I come.
