Low customer service in store.

We called ahead with a stock number to ask if a coffee table/end table set was in stock before we drove 30min to the store. We were prepared to make a cash purchase. When we arrived the sales woman led us to a different piece of furniture and said she couldn’t tell the coffee tables apart since they all pretty much look the same. She referred us to a male salesman who said they had that set in the back somewhere but he didn’t want to go get it, even though we wanted to buy it. He said to come back on Monday. We asked to then buy a different set, he said they didn’t really have any in stock but he wasn’t sure, and again just come back Monday and maybe they could see what stock was in the back. We explained we work Monday to Friday and live over half an hour away and wanted to buy a living room set. He said it was just too much work to get the furniture out of the back. We offered to buy a floor model, he said they don’t do that. This is a furniture store that doesn’t want to sell any furniture? We will never return, there’s enough competitors stores that might want to make a sale.

Bought a sectional sofa summer of 2018. By spring of 2019 the decking was completely torn away. Worralls made a repair of the decking that again tore away Spring 2020. I called and spoke to Ron May 21,2020 regarding my dissatisfaction with the product, and their repair job. Asked for a refund , and was denied. He said the 12 month warranty was up and there was no warranty at all on the repair job. Purpose of supporting local goes out the window here

Poor customer service. Stood around for 50 minutes before I had to go physically find an employee to get help. Salespeople were all socializing and were terribly unhelpful, guy with a pony tale didn’t even try and help. Would not recommend, I will never return!
