IKEA Fredericton Collection Point

Always a mess when I go. Operating hours are never accurate on Google or from what Ikea provides so it's a 50/50 shot if they are even open when you go. There is no number to call them. Sometimes you need to go to the office first, other times you have to go to the pick up area. The office and warehouse have different hours somehow. It's frustrating how difficult it is when it doesn't have to be especially for the cost of delivery in the first place.

The warehouse personnel were incompetent. One warehouse employee was rude & annoying & tried to be intimidating to the point at swearing at me & braking the social distancing rule! Terrible experience! They need to hire educated warehouse employees, not slack- jawed Uneducated idiotic hotheads!!

Very friendly service. Was able to pick my package up.right from the terminal instead of waiting for the delivery.

Very convenient place to pick up your Ikea order.

They found my order very quickly. Sooo kewl. Back my pickup truck in. He drove the forklift up with the skid and put the whole thing in the truck bed. Never left the truck and he never left the forklift. I got a kick out of it. 👍
