Great service until they get the sale, then all bets are off. they claimed it would be 4-6 weeks for delivery and we're now 9 weeks and we never got a call back from our sales rep after calling twice. So we are here waiting and hoping that we'll get something out of the nearly $2000 we spent on a sectional. [Nov 24] I called the number provided and it's your general store line ivr. Who can make this right? Who do we need to speak to?

Good quality furniture, gave it only 2 stars for poor customer service. The sofa set purchased would not fit through the door, so it wasn’t accepted on delivery. A replacement sofa was selected a few hundred dollars cheaper & Ashley Furniture management refused to credit the difference to my credit card, providing an in store credit instead. Buyer beware of this store policy.

Worst experience and nightmare too! I ordered furnitures around $10,000 on August, and they informed me to pay full money on November. But on the delivery date of December, the bed, the chest were damaged, the dresser only mirror came, the two legs of dinner table they left to me transformed and have flaws on the table face,one of the white color nightstand has flaw too. I haven’t said another delivery on October, another bed with storage box still has one drawer could not be installed in the bed because of broken parts. The delivery people took pictures and told me they will report to the office, and someone will contact with me and come to fix it. But after two weeks later only when myself went to the store, the staff ordered the parts for me, and around 4-5 weeks away from then till now, nothing happened. The drawer still put beside my bed! On the delivery date of December, the delivery people said they will report the defections too and advised me to go to the store to discuss how to fix it. I did it. Next day I went the store, the manager named # told me he will call me the next day and let me go home. No one called me that week. Then I went to the store on next Monday, # was not there. Their staff told me # will be at office after 10:00 am next day, and I can only talk to #, no other people can be responsible for the issue. I left my name and phone number again then left.The next morning I went to the store again, # was not appear. The front desk told me # will not be there that day but they would not explain why they gave me wrong information yesterday! I feel be fooled and cheated!The administration of this store is messy! Bad quality of the products! Bad service of the staffs! BTW, today I called them once again, and ask if # can speak. They told me he was not there and they do not know when # will be back! Terrible service and management! I use # to instead of name, because I don’t know why my comments yesterday disappeared.

Absolutely, magnificent customer service. From the time I entered Ashley HomeStore to shop around to my final transaction. Above all, most graciously took care of a concern once I brought my product home. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Ashley HomeStore! Than you!
