The Brick

Matt Clark is by far the most helpful informed furniture salesman we’ve ever dealt with. The Brick opened in Fredericton a few months ago and we were looking for an adjustable bed. We had gone to Sleep Country and had a price quote but we got an even better deal through the Brick. Matt took the time to work us a great deal for a better quality system and they even threw in some sweet pillows. We’re so happy with our new bed. My husband went back when he saw a TV he wanted and again Matt worked some magic and we’re watching it right now. Gorgeous display! We will definitely be back as I’ve got my eye on a gorgeous sectional. Thanks again!

Made an appointment to look into a new mattress and box spring. We had a wonderful sales associate by the name of Carole Lea. She helped us narrow it down to the perfect mattress set. She helped us out with everything and was very knowledgeable. A few days later we seen an error in our paperwork and when I called in and spoke to Julie and she helped fix the situation and was super polite and quick to take action. Thank you for making both experiences pleasant and memorable. Will definitely be going back to purchase other iteems when needed.

We received exceptional service today from Chris at the Fredericton location! My husband and I were shopping around for tv's and wall mounts and Chris took the time to thoroughly and patiently answer all of our questions and he basically catered to us the entire time we were there. He was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable about the products. It's so nice to walk into a store and actually have someone who wants to help you. Thank you, Chris! We appreciate all of your assistance. We will definitely be calling on you again in the near future to help us for our next big purchase at The Brick.

I see a lot of praise for Kyle, but I'm going to add more. A lot of my furniture was damaged in a military move and we've been living on mattresses on the floor. Kyle worked with me to get great prices on already marked down stuff and we saved significantly. He also got his manager on board to swing me on a product I was dancing around, and they threw in some freebies to make me feel better about it. Kyle was easy to work with, zero pressure, and knew his stuff! I will be getting more furniture there in the near future and they've been really good for us!

Great selection on most things, staff were very helpful but a few kinks need to be worked out in the store. However considering they are a new store and we are operating during a pandemic I think they deserve big credit.
