We recently conducted a military funeral which was quick to plan and execute. On top of this tight timeline there were attendees of a very high nature from the CDS (Chief of Defence) down. A very senior military group.
The staff of this funeral home were extremely helpful and accomodating throughout.
They were sensitive to our compressed timeline and aided us in conducting a very professional service for one of our senior fallen soldiers.
During the Interment on site we experienced the same support.
Great organization with great staff!
Shady place that will only take advantage of you during your worst moment. Stay far away.
My daughter that passed away suddenly on March 3 had her viewing and funeral this passed weekend. I did not get proper closure. The director provided no direction at the wake. People just aimlessly walked around. At the funeral the director once again failed to do her job and turned her back right on me and my family (grandmother, sisters and aunt) I never witnessed such disrespect until the funeral started and not one person was mentioned on her mother’s side. I had called the funeral home asking them what I can do insisting that I be involved. They told me I had to run it by her father. Her father had no say in anything. His wife ran everything. When my mother asked the director why this happened they lied and told her they reached out to me and I refused to be involved. I do not even recommend this organization to run a pet cemetery. It was appalling what they put a grieving mother through! They should be so ashamed!
