Tim Hortons

This Tim Hortons is not bad. The service is quick and the drinks are about on par for Tim Hortons. Tim Hortons as a company is a dumpster fire fuelled by Canadian pride and nostalgia though so even an exceptional store would struggle to get a 4 or 5 star rating.

Amazing and kind service. Quick interactions but doesn’t take away from the level of kindness and customer service provided by the staff

Was in this store less than a week ago. Walked in to see a woman and her daughter being served. THEY WERE NOT WEARING MASKS. The staff person didn't even mention masks to them. I turned around and left. Thinking of reporting this to WorkSafe BC.

Rude young girl when you give a customer 6 items. We need two more hands so why not offer a drink tray ??

Ordered a coffee w/ 2 sugar, everything bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese, and 10 timbits. Got a coffee with 2 cream, plain bagel with plain cream cheese and 20 timbits.. how can you guys be so incompetent that you got everything on my order wrong?!
