Sweet Elegance - Floral Design

A HUGE thank you to Connie with Sweet Elegance Floral for making my floral dreams come true!!!! Connie spent a lot of time making sure I got exactly what I wanted without making me feel like was being too “needy” or inconvenient. She took the time to figure out just exactly which flowers I liked and didn’t like. She also took the time to make me a mood board with the ideas and colour scheme she had in mind so I knew exactly what she was planning with no surprises. I am thoroughly impressed by her professionalism and eagerness to make my wedding day as perfect as can be. If I was to do my wedding day all over again, she would without a doubt be my number one choice!!! Thanks so much again!

There are not enough good things I can say about Connie! She did the florals for my wedding this past weekend and I was absolutely blown away. We had our consultation with Connie early last year where she helped us decide our floral colors and wedding vision. We ended up having to postpone our June wedding this year and through the whole process Connie was fantastic to deal with and extremely helpful. We finally got to have our wedding and when I arrived at the venue moments before the ceremony was the first time I saw the flower arrangements and the bouquets. Everything was gorgeous and above and beyond what I could have ever pictured. Connie is so creative and amazing at what she does. I'm so grateful to have had her as part of my team for my big day!

Sweet Elegance provided all of the floral arrangements for our wedding at 50th Parallel Winery in Lake Country, BC. The supply of product was terrific and we certainly appreciate their patience as we had to workout details to reschedule our wedding due to COVID-19 restrictions and overall uncertainty on numbers. The flowers were wonderful but we found Sweet Elegance difficult to communicate with at times whereas our other vendors were understanding of the challenges associated with rescheduling and happy to work with us pending their own availability, working with SE felt like a chore or as if they were doing us a favor a little bit. There was a miscommunication at one point where the contract and emails weren't coming through and she threatened to drop our date. After we started communicating via text, it became much more efficient. Again, the arrangements were terrific and beautiful, however! We were very happy on the day.

Working with Connie this past year was a wonderful experience! She gave the best customer service from our first phone call to the day of our wedding. Connie took our vision and brought it to life in a way that was better than we ever imagined, her work is breathtaking. Strongly recommend giving Connie a call to discuss your wedding floral needs! Where do I begin with this wonderful woman ! A dream can only become reality when someone does the work to create it. Connie went above and beyond anything I could have ever asked for from her. She not only far surpassed my expectations as a wedding vendor but she also became a friend that I will surely cherish for a long time to come. Forever grateful to this beautiful and kind woman!
