For the most part great drivers and friendly but have had experiences so far with 2 drivers that should not be there and definitely not around public. Rude outright.

I have traveled with this cab for 10 years i have never had bad service with them but let me tell ya they had me waiting at the airport they never showed up after i called them a day before and they said they pick me up i will and never get in there cab again

Usually nice people and good service but I called a cab a couple of nights ago and we seen them pull up in the window so we headed out, not even a minute goes by and they drive off on us, I call them back and they said they would send him back so after 20 minutes of waiting in the cold we call them back to find out they're not coming back and didn't bother to tell us, the lady on the phone didn't seem to care at all too, pretty disappointed

Friendly people and great service for the most part but still mostly all the drivers are right on nice to talk to you just get the odd bonehead.
