Outstanding. The food and service here are so much more than you'd expect from the understated menu. Eat the mussels...do it..The steak salad was also fantastic. Perfect balance of flavors all round and well prepared. Great service too. Very friendly, engaging and helpful. Highly recommend

Really cool atmosphere and delicious food-all made from scratch. There are lots of really interacting entrées and appetizers. Ate here several time while in town. The truffle fries are a must-try. I partied here at an open mic night a few years ago and that was a real blast too.

The atmosphere here is fantastic!! Old transformed bank...very cool in there. The PEI mussels were superb!!! A must have! The portabella mushroom Flatbread, although tasty, left a little to be desired. The mushrooms are not as prominent as they should be, being the main ingredient. Otherwise, it would have been a solid 5 star experience!

Passing through Fernie, we wanted to stop for some local food. We had 2 kids under 12 with us, we didn't even think to see if kids were allowed here before we went, we decided the food looked good here on Google and we wanted to give it a try. We walked in and the server (the owners brother) was absolutely welcoming. He thoroughly cleaned an already clean looking table for us right away and had our menus to us very quickly. They do have a kids meal, but not a kids menu. Great service, even better food and the owner is local, supporting local both in what they supply and who they hire. Skip the fast food and stop in at The Brickhouse! You won't be disappointed. I just wish I had bought a hat before I left!
