Would deserve a 4 but service is way too long. I asked for a 75$ bouquet in a vase and it took 50mins before I was able to leave the store. A bit longer and I wouldn't of been present for my twin son's child birth. The employee got to job 5mins before opening and 3 clients were already outside. In my opinion a shop should be ready for customer's 15mins before opening. Quality of work is exceptional though. Maybe at better times service is reflective of quality. Hey it's my opinion, take it or leave it. Would go back and would recommend. Just being real.
This place was the first place i went to buy flowers in my life, the staff was exceptional and give an excellent first impression. After buying a lot more from them my general opinion hasn't change, a really good store.
