Poor customer service, staff speak poorly with no regard for the customer ... never able to reach the desired person leaves a message and never get reminded ... problem since 11 Feb (2 months) and nothing has changed and needs to be I run after them for a minimum of service and I feel that it does not suit them ... you really do not recommend this branch

Extremely bad experience, I went to bring my papers, after 2 months without news I go to the branch after trying to call each week without answer, she had not even touched my file.

H & R Block repentigny, no professional service. The receptionist is classy and very arrogant with the guests and even her colleague. Depending on their advertising, they are expected to meet accountants, but I felt like talking to a convenience store clerk on his first day. I suggest you turn around if you're about to make the same mistake as me.
