Heavy atmosphere awkward staff
Lack of service from the barmaids. The employees speak loudly during the game. Lack of respect for the players. I lowered my star number to two instead of five.
I was for the first time at Kinzo a few days ago and still loved my experience. Even though the two waitresses were very busy, they were able to help us out and explain the basics of Kinzo to us. The vibe is not as exciting as I thought it would be, but I still enjoyed my experience.
