Everything was fine but being a smaller store it seemed a bit cramped. The cashiers seemed a bit busy.

Not sure if people here are so ‘traditional’ as I’m someone of colour, but we rarely get greeted nor talked when paying even though the cashiers talk to ‘others’ before or after us. After paying at the cashier, I lined up to the lotto area to have the lady cashier at the lotto area tell me in a rude demeanour that I could’ve just bought my ticket from the cashier. Yes, that makes sense but I also wanted to buy some scratch and wins. Overall, most of my visits here are a miss, I just come for the seafood. The seafood/meat department are lovely people though!

I would say an abrupt check out director , I won't be back, Save On from now on.

Staff here need to learn some customer service skills. My first time in the store in years and I got snapped at twice in two minutes. Once from the lady directing the line and then again from the cashier berating me for not taking my receipt that I didn't want. Being in the hospitality industry I'm well acquainted with customers being snippy and rude, its a little unacceptable for staff to be directing that sort of behaviour towards customers. Do better.

Was helped by Sarah at the checkout yesterday and she was very thorough with Covid procedures and super friendly. I had very friendly assistance at the deli yesterday evening as well, but didn't ask her name- wish I asked. I'm glad the staff are remaining careful about safety. I hope they are all treated well each day.
