Galaxy Cinemas Red Deer

Watched Yesterday earlier. Fun movie but the picture quality was atrocious! Something wrong with the projector. Very dark picture with shadows and one bright spot just off the center. Really poor quality. We are pensioners and can't afford to pay so much only to get the theater with the broken projector. I complained. The embarrassed teen attendant said they've had complaints and that management knows about the problem. So management knows they have a problem but still took my money. Talk about taking advantage of the customer. I want my money back. UPDATE: one year later and nothing. Management obviously does not care.

Great place, follows Covid 19 precautions to the letter. Friendly staff and friendly customers. I really enjoyed my movie. Really like the limited number of seats allowed.

Clean place and friendly staff. Service is good. Sometimes more staff would be helpful to reduce lines

Always clean, comfortable seating! Staff as well as guests following covid rules and regulations, wore masks. Seating is spaced out to allow for social distancing requirements.

Great theatre, clean and good seats. Up to date.
