The least professional service I have ever experienced in my life !! When it comes to tax declarations especially it is unacceptable for someone to live a service like the one I got today. I call to make an appointment in the evening and Adamo the employee tells me that it is not necessary before 9 am he will give me my file without any problem. Excellent, when I arrive I call back to find out where they are located and he tells me that he has no idea which front door I should take and which I should look for. Subsequently I introduce myself and he tells me that he has two people with him and his colleague that he can no longer see me and that I had to come back on a Wednesday morning at the opening, he still does not want to make an appointment you. Finally height of misfortune he can not even give me an approximate rate for student he had told me on the phone maximum $ 62. On the spot he changes his speech and tells me that I am not a real student and that it will be $ 150! Do not go about doing business with them under any circumstances.
