They sent my taxes ignoring all the notes I had put in the file and requests made to meet them and made major mistakes that cost me dearly. No quality control. I changed cabinet and very satisfied since.
Good experience at the beginning but for the last 3 years, no return of call or email. I had to pay provincial and federal interest because they did not return the documents on time. Glad to no longer have to do business with them. To avoid absolutely it's a shame but I think they take more records than they are able.
