As a general contractor, I've found Osprey to be one of the leading Electrical Contractors I've had a chance to work with. The project management and field staff are consistently professional and organized which really helps when you're managing large projects involving multiple trades. I've worked with them on several projects now, and would not hesitate to work with them again!

Excellent experience with this business from start to finish. Electrician Clarence was especially professional, informing me when an emergency took him away from his schedule, treating me respectfully and doing the job cleanly and perfectly. I really appreciate that he came out during the pandemic to restore my heat. Thank you Osprey

The one thing preventing me from giving this company 1 star is the stellar service of their electricians. They were understanding, quick and efficient. However, I am less than impressed with their billing department. After receiving services my husband and I did not receive any form of bill for 1 month. We then received a phone call asking where payment was. When I explained we never even received a bill they didn’t exactly sound surprised and admitted that they had been having issues with their email services. If you rely on your email to send out bills, and you know that it hasn’t exactly been working, maybe phone your clients to make sure that they got said bill via email? On top of that when I paid over the phone I requested my invoice via email and gave that to them once more... and once again received nothing. I phoned back a week later and requested a hard copy, we’ll see how that goes. If you chose to go with these guys, make sure they follow up with their emails, especially since that’s how they bill you!

To everyone at Osprey Electric. We had solar panels installed on our house. From first phone contact, to quote, to install, to completion, everyone was professional, polite, fast, and great to deal with.
