Excellent customer service, Wendy was very helpful. The set up at home was efficient and timely. The Hideaway Bed we purchased is perfect for our home, the couch is comfy and the bed also is very comfy. We would shop again at M & N Matress and Sofa Shop ! We are happy that it was handmade in Canada.

I bought an Angie Couch, the kind with two reclining sides that has a flip down middle for drinks and chargers. The experience was fast and informative and the staff were helpful but not pushy. The process after buying was smooth and well-thought-out. The delivery was scheduled according to my needs, and the delivery guys were responsive to my texts after their initial curtesy call. M&N took my old couch for a nominal fee, and I'm quite happy with our new couch to the point where I'm probably going to save to eventually buy the matching loveseat.

I was very pleased with the service. The saleslady was very helpful and pleasant. This is the second time I have purchased with them and if I am in need of some more furniture they will be who I go to. The delivery was excellent and the delivery men where very pleasant and polite.

We are very happy with our new mattress! Made a huge difference in our overall sleep! They are very knowledgeable and friendly. The men who delivered it were very professional and courteous., placed the mattress and removed all the wrapping! Great service😊
