Suds & Duds Laundromat

Emergency situation required help at laundromat, resolved and very helpful attendant.

New to the area, this was the 3rd and happily final laundromat I tried. The other 2, well, not so good. The lady quickly & pleasantly showed me the ropes and while I waited outside for my load to finish (COVID rules) I watched as she never stopped moving. What a hard worker. Constant motion! I will be back.

I would give this 4or5,stars except one of the women that works there is very rude and abrasive. She is the one with shoulder length white hair and is quite skinny. The other 2 ladies are very friendly and helpful. I wish there was some way I could know the schedule so I could avoid her. I am currently looking for alternatives for my laundry. I'm too old to have to deal with such disrespect.

I took my clothes in to be done to Suds and Duds. Due to health reasons I had them do my laundry full service. When I got my laundry home it was apparent that my whites were washed with the darkseid and they ended up pink. I called them and took my pink whites back to them. It has now been a month, they could not get the items white. I have phoned to find out what they would do about the problem and have been brushed off. I called again the other day and was told they were far to busy to talk to me, they would have the owner call. It has now been another 4days and I have heard nothing. Not an apology or even any attempt to make it right. So disappointed with their lack of customer service and lack of resolve for this situation. Shame on you!!!

I am extremely disappointed with my laundry processing experience today . The thin grey hair elderly woman that works there told me six months ago that I could not wash a comforter in there machine. At that time she was snarky and very controlling. But I complied . Today six months later , " I hope your not going to wash a comforter today . I told her that she was attacking me every time I walk in . Not sure if it's my look or a substance abuse problem she has or something she doesn't like about me . Then she tried to controll me at every little thing I did while I was there . Taking a very aggressive and reactive approach to everything I did . Funny thing is I tried to time it to her day off . But I thought she wouldn't bother me today. Boy I was wrong. As long she is there , I will not go there ever again .
