Need to ask the same questions several times since the answers are not correct after verification. They forgot to apply credits even though we had given the documents. My partner had to ask them to check, and after finding their mistake, they just said that they "would have adjusted it at no cost". If we have our taxes done, it is precisely to avoid mistakes. Sorry Tedtax, forever.
