Great food, good variety, good prices, friendly courteous service. It's one of my staple restaurants. Haven't been let down so far. We went there tonight and within about 5 minutes of conversation, I saw, to my astonishment, the waitress bringing our food! That's faster than the golden arches and it was a sitting meal! Simply Wow.

- Service is slow - Food is barely ok: - Ordered some fried calamari, it was undercooked. - Ordered the chicken wings, some of them were undercooked - Ordered the ribs, they were reheated. One of the racks was still cold in the middle. The racks were drowning in bbq sauce I would go there again only to chill with a beer at the bar. For no other reason. Avoid the food at all cost, they simply don’t know how to cook (or reheat) food. Even though all the options are just comfort food they can’t handle it.

It is rare that I will write a review on a restaurant belonging to a large chain but this one (in St-Jérôme) is worth it. Despite an uncertain temperature, we opted for the terrace. We could have imposed the dining room ... but no !! We made the happy choice to have their smoked meat.

ZERO STARS- Extremely poor service and rude staff! Management need to train the staff or get some third party training service to help them improve. As a tourist i felt alienated when they made me sit in a corner right next to the exit, Even though there were multiple empty tables. Food was subpar and not worth the wait. Getting the bill was like fighting a battle, i had to go to the font desk to ask for bill, which the hostess replied “NO! you cant pay, go to your table and wait”. Can’t stress how much I regretted stopping here for food and just wanted to get out. I would recommend English speakers to avoid this place at all cost.
